How I lost 20 pounds in two months
52It is real! I did.
I am 40 years and I weighed 99.1 Kilo(198.2 pound).I started to get all sorts of complaints and decided it was time to do something.So I decided to lose weight by eating less.
What do I eat?
-for breakfast; i eat 2 slices bread(dark bread) with fine charcuterie,1 yoghurt
-At 10 hours ; a piece of fruit
- for lunch : three slices bread(dark bread) with fine charcuterie
-in the afternoon; a sweet(100 calories at the most),just one
-for dinner; for a person , 3 potatoes,100 grams of meat or 120 gram chicken or 150 gram fish ,many vegetables
-Around eight hours:a sweet(100 Calories at the most),just one
-On dailly basis I will drink next; 1 liter of water, a can of Diet Coke, 4 bags of coffee
-On weekly basis I will drink 1 glass of alcohol
By applying this i lost in two months 10 kilo(20 pounds).I will try to make this habit a way of living.And i am dooing this for the moment.
It is important that you are not feeling hungry , if you do , you always can eat some vegetables or fruit but no more then tree at a day.
On weekends it is more difficult to sustain.

Way to go! It's amazing how just simple changes can affect your health. Good job inspiring! I too am working on getting healthier which includes losing weight and movin my body.
