-negative energy, burnout ,evil thoughts,an off-day,nagging people,a bore-out,depression.
1.We are all human beings with weaknesses and strong sides.It is important that you accept this.
2.Stay calm.Er seem to exist people who wish us the worst.
3.Never look behind.Live your life now and a little in the future.
4.For every bad idee you have a good idee.Forget the bad ideas and keep the good.
5.Everyone has bad days.Is your neighbor, your colleague always in a good mood? Look around you.
6.If you're bored, you keep useful things on your own.Invent stories without losing sight of reality.
7.If you have a problem solve it, and break every negative loop.
8.Do not think you are alone and talk to people.
9.Silence can give you the space you need.
10.When someone is aggressive to you stay calme and in the most cases the aggression will stop.
11.A good way to relax is Yoga.
12.Set a goal beyond your daily activities such as walking 20 km or getting a second degree.
13.Ask yourself the following questions, this is the life I want to lead or do something else.If you want to do something do it well.
