Martial Arts

In my younger years I participated in martial arts such as karate, judo, aikido and jiu jitsu.Of course not all simultaneously.I started with karate for a month of three.I did not understand the kata. The master had a black belt.

Then I started with judo.I did this three years and i liked very much.Until i was hurt in a battle. Here I had a green belt. For me this is one of the most underrated sports.

Then I moved for one year to another city and there I started jiu jitsu. Here was the master of a very high level. The warming was heavy and the techniques spectacular. Then he let us see that it is actually possible to avoid a gunshot. And in a perfect defense technique someone flew six meters backwards.I got my white belt here. Then i move back to an other city.

You go to work and learn to know other people. So i learn to know a master in aikido. And i started with that sport. At first this seems strange and somewhat complicated. But after a while you understand that behind all these movements is a logic. The way of Samourai.

I have a total of about five years martial arts .But then you get older, you have more work and you do not have time or feel like doing sports.

What is the best sport? To me that was jiu jitsu because it is complete and all elements of the other sports are combined. For another person is likely a different sport.

I must say that these sports have helped me in everyday life. These sports are good for the confidence.I learned that you should not ever give up.That small actions can have major consequences. And that is more than one path to a goal.

1.Karate is a martial art but it contains anything but aggression. Although there are competitions are held, as in karate is not about winning or losing, but to improve the character of the practitioner.

2.Judo.The word means "gentle way", where the word do (way) and next related to Tao means' way 'has the connotation of' path in life

3.Jujutsu (柔 术), jujutsu, jiu-jitsu jujitsu or can be translated as "gentle art" or even more correctly as "flexible technique

4.Aikido (Aikido 合 気 道), which literally means "the way of harmony with Ki" is a Japanese martial discipline (see below) with a strong philosophical approach.

It is better to avoid the fight ,comes back with all four sports. In real life you can use this.
